shipping policy

Our shipping fee policy is designed to ensure transparent, compliant, and efficient logistics arrangements for all global customers. As a supplier of industrial chemical materials, shipping costs may vary depending on transportation mode, order volume, destination regulations, and the selected Incoterms.

We support multiple international shipping methods, including sea freight, air freight, and express delivery. Customers may choose EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, or other trade terms. Under EXW and FOB, the buyer assumes responsibility for most transportation-related expenses such as domestic delivery, export clearance, international freight, and destination port charges. Under CIF, we cover export procedures and main-route ocean freight, while the buyer remains responsible for destination port handling and import duties. Under DAP, we arrange delivery to the customer’s address, with the buyer responsible only for customs clearance and local taxes.

Shipping fees differ by transportation method. Sea freight is the most cost-effective option for bulk orders, while air freight provides faster delivery but at a higher cost. Express services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or EMS are typically used for samples or small parcels. Freight quotations are calculated based on destination country, total weight, packaging type, and shipping requirements.

In some cases, we may offer discounted or free-shipping terms depending on the order volume, destination, and negotiation details. Any free-shipping agreement applies strictly to the freight charge; all customs taxes, destination surcharges, inspection fees, and handling charges remain the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Import duties, VAT, port fees, scanning fees, document fees, or storage charges may be applied upon arrival. These charges are not included in the freight quote unless specifically agreed. To avoid unexpected expenses, customers should familiarize themselves with local import policies before placing an order.

Additional charges may arise from special circumstances such as remote-area delivery fees, re-delivery costs caused by incorrect customer information, port congestion, detention or demurrage fees, or war-risk surcharges. When these occur, costs will be assigned based on the applicable Incoterms and the cause of the issue.

In cases of force majeure—such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, customs inspections, or global shipping disruptions—we will assist in communication with carriers and provide updates promptly, but cannot assume financial responsibility for delays or external costs beyond our control.

For every shipment, we provide complete export documentation including the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, MSDS, COA, and Customs Declaration forms. Additional certificates such as Certificate of Origin, Embassy Legalization, or SGS reports can be arranged upon request and may incur extra costs.

We are committed to ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery for all international customers. For the most accurate and up-to-date freight quotations, please contact our logistics team directly
