Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges may be considered only under the following circumstances:
The product received does not match the confirmed specifications.
The product is damaged during transportation and this is verified upon delivery.
Quality issues confirmed by mutual inspection and technical verification.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following situations:
Products that have been opened, used, diluted, or mixed.

Return & Exchange Process

Please provide order details, product batch number, photos, and a clear description of the issue.

Returned products must remain unused, sealed, and in original packaging, unless otherwise approved.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues or shipping damage, return shipping costs will be borne by the seller.
If the return is requested for reasons unrelated to product quality, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
