Chlorinated polypropylene resin (725)
Model 725 is a light to dark yellow granular material with 24%–25.5% chlorine content, a viscosity of 20–80 mPa·s (25°C), and a softening point of 70–80°C. It contains no free chlorine and dissolves well in toluene and xylene, slightly in cyclohexane-type solvents, and is insoluble in isopropyl ethanol. Designed as a base coating for polypropylene materials, it is packaged in 20 KG inner-film cartons or woven bags. The product is non-hazardous, hygroscopic, and non-flammable, and should be stored in a dry, cool, ventilated area at room temperature. Shelf life: one year.

Car repair
Bumper Primer: Most modern car bumpers are made of PP or its modified materials (such as TPO). Before applying the topcoat that matches the body color, a primer containing 725 must be applied first; otherwise, the topcoat will peel off in large sections when subjected to high-pressure water during car washing.
Automotive Interior: Plastic parts such as instrument panels, door panels, and trim strips. By using a primer improved with 725, leather texture or metallic finish coatings can be achieved.
Home appliances
White goods: Washing machine lids, refrigerator bases, air conditioner casings, etc. These products often require decorative painting or anti-corrosion treatment after assembly, and 725 provides the necessary adhesion foundation.
Digital accessories: Certain remote control casings, router casings, or special industrial handheld device casings made of PP material.
Plastic coating modification
Double-layer plastic bonding: When bonding PP films or other PP parts together, 725, as a key component in the adhesive formulation, significantly improves peel strength.
Tape coating: Used as a primer in the production of certain specialty PP pressure-sensitive tapes.
Plastic Ink Industry (High-Performance Printing)
PP bottle printing: For example, lubricant bottles, detergent bottles, etc. Using 725 as a resin binder ensures that the pattern will not peel off during repeated squeezing, friction, or contact with chemicals.
Woven bag ink: For surface printing on PP woven bags (such as fertilizer bags, cement bags).
